It's a rhubarb jammy jam!
I did some canning yesterday. I made rhubarb jam and it filled up eight small size jars. It was my second attempt at canning, but the first one where all the jars sealed. Such a satisfying feeling, and the jam is pretty tasty too.
i've never tried rhubarb jam, but it looks really yummy, especially in these cute jars. i bet you'll have one tasty winter. :)
